If you find you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you reach out to your stylist directly. All of their contact information can be found on the "MEET THE TEAM" page. You’ll find your stylist and then click on the “Learn More + Book” button so you can view their bio page with their contact information and policies.

All of our stylists have their own booking policies. These are enforced by the stylist regarding booking an appointment, rescheduling, and cancellation policies. If you have any questions, please be sure to speak to your stylist before booking to make sure you are aware of any fees that could occur if these policies are not upheld.
